    With about 7 miles of sand to walk, LBS is a beautiful building in the heart of Fort Lauderdale Beach. Ft Lauderdale offers a slightly more mature and sophisticated crowd. Think martinis and tequila shots ; concerts and wet T-shirt contests. There's plenty of carrying on within the confines of area bars and nightclubs.

Notes:

Use of the pool is at your own risk. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Please shower and remove sand before entering pool. The pool area is for occupants and guests only.
Grill Rules

Notes:

  • Grill must be attended at all times while on.
  • Turn off gas flow when finished. Including both knobs and tank below.
  • Please clean and brush grill and surrounding area after each use.
  • Please be courteous with your time if others are waiting to use the grill.
  • Limit grilling to posted pool hours.
  • Be conscious of excess smoke and fumes.
  • No food or drink(s) are allowed along the pool edge or outside of the table/grill area.
  • Management reserves the right to restrict use of grill at any time. 
Recreation Room

Notes:

Permission for private use of the room shall be obtained by management. No pets or unattended children shall be allowed in the recreation room at any time.

Washers are $1.25 - 1.75 per cycle
Dryers are $1.25 per cycle
Garbage Room

Notes:

Garbage put in the trash chute must not be larger than a normal plastic shopping bag. All other trash, such as, newspapers and pizza boxes, must be carried to the trash room.
