Leisure Beach South is a six story, 44 unit residential condominium located in South Florida. Just a stones throw away from the famous Fort Lauderdale Beach, a skip from the Interacoastal Waterway and Las Olas marina, and a hop from the famous Las Olas Boulevard. 

LBS is within minutes of downtown Fort Lauderdale, Bonnet House Museum & Gardens, Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, and The Galleria.  In addition, the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport (FLL), Broward County Convention Center, and Port Everglades Curise Terminal are just a short drive away. You can either take a stroll on the beach or use the Water Taxi to enjoy many of the well-known attractions.
